This is backed by the Government and, in some cases, only organisations that have this accreditation can do business with certain public sector bodies.
We are proud to provide two levels of IASME accreditation, the government-endorsed Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus.
The IASME Governance standard was developed by the Technology Strategy Board to create a cyber security standard which would be an affordable and achievable alternative to the international standard, ISO27001. The IASME Governance standard allows small companies in a supply chain to demonstrate their level of cyber security for a realistic cost and indicates that they are taking good steps to properly protect their customer’s information. By reaching the Cyber Essentials Plus level, your organisation will also be well on the way to ISO27001 compliance.
